One North Place Drainage Ditch, Caddo Parish
This drainage project consists of constructing a new concrete drainage ditch north of Shreveport. The work included realigning an existing dirt drainage ditch and then lining it with reinforced concrete. A short branch of existing ditch was eliminated and filled by constructing a concrete junction box and a section of pipe.

Below: The completed ditch looking downstream - notice that the slopes have been neatly graded and seeded with a tackifier to hold the seed and wood-chip fiber mulch in place. Also the branch pipe in the bend has been trimmed to the contour of the concrete paving.
